 Homemade Caramel Sauce, Untopped Apple Crisp made from jazz and granny smith apples, lemon juice, lemon zest, cinnamon and sugar, The Unbaked Topping for the Apple Crisp made with flour, brown and granulated white sugars, nutmeg, cinnamon, butter, pecans, walnuts, oats, and a pinch of salt, Out of the oven Apple Crisp and the finished product which is topped with Breyers French Vanilla Ice Cream and my Caramel Sauce

Pasta & Salad…Dinner For The Next Few Days

Whole wheat pasta w/ black olives, broccoli, extra virgin olive oil, unsalted butter, white wine, garlic, crushed red pepper, salt, pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest, topped w/ parmesan cheese and basil. Served with toasted garlic butter french baguette and citrus butter salmon.

Romaine lettuce, carrots, red onion, cucumber, black olives served with lemon vinaigrette, parmesan cheese and freshly prepared croutons (picture not included, because I forgot to photograph them)

Can It Get Any Better?

Yummy! My homemade lemon blueberry bread is so delicious. Since I’m on a diet, I can’t eat as much as I want. I can’t wait until tomorrow when I can eat another slice.
